This page explains what happens to the details you send when you ask for a Linnea demo.

What we collect

When you request a demo we collect the details you type into the form: your first and last name, your work email, your phone number if you add one, your firm or company, your role, your team size, whether you work at a law firm or on an in-house legal team, and any message you write. We do not store your IP address or your browser details with your request, and this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Like any web service, our servers keep short-lived technical logs of the requests they answer, and those logs can include the address a request came from.

Why

We use these details to contact you about Linnea, to set up a walkthrough, and to tell you about the founding program. We do not use them for anything else.

Who receives it

Your request is stored in Linnea's own database and emailed to the Linnea team. It is delivered through our email provider, Resend, and hosted on Amazon Web Services. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We delete a demo request 12 months after we receive it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email andres@linnea.legal and tell us the address you used. We will respond within one month.
